- What is Yostor?
Yostor is a vision, the first of its kind e-commerce retailer that provides you the chance to explore through the best and most authentic designer wear and branded apparels in India. Our goal is provide to our customers, a truly unique experience of buying high end designer wear that fulfils the promise of quality and elegance, in every product that we deliver.
- Are all Yostor products authentic?
Absolutely! All Yostor products are brought to you from authentic brands and designers. Customers are provided 100% assurance that all our products are authentic and come directly from our listed brands and designers.
- Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?
While we have hired the best photographers to capture each and every colour or shade of the products and displayed it on our website as it is, we cannot guarantee that the colour scheme or display of your monitor will be completely matching or accurate. Since screens and monitors work on different hardware, the colour scheme and display might vary. Though it is unlikely, there might be minor variations in the colour of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.
- How can I change my account details?
Simply login by clicking on the profile/face icon at the top right corner of the webpage. You may change your address, add multiple addresses and update your wish list. Click on “Edit” within the section that you wish to update.
- On which categories we can use “Book an appointment” feature?
Yostor offers “Book an appointment” feature only on Bridal wear and currently the facility is available in Ludhiana only. We are expanding and will add more cities which will be updated very soon.
Order & Process
- How do I place an order?
Once you have chosen the product that you would like to purchase, you can check the available sizes and choose your preferred size. Then you can go ahead by clicking on the “ADD TO CART” button which is located below. This will put your chosen product in your shopping cart, where you can now review your choice before finally checking out. If you want to remove the selected items, you can do so by clicking the “DELETE” icon which is on the right side of each item. Additionally, if you want to buy more than one unit of any selected item, you can easily change the quantity of the items in the cart.
Once you are satisfied with your order and are sure to check out, you can select the “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” option and go ahead for the payment. Once you have placed your order, you will instantly get a confirmation email along with the invoice of your placed order.
- Why Have I Not Received An Order Confirmation Email?
Always be sure that your email address is correct as an incorrect email address is the most common reason for not receiving an order confirmation. It may also be that your email provider has a SPAM filter that blocks certain emails. If you are still unable to find it, please contact our customer experience team to check that your order has been successful.
- The product I want is sold out. Can I still order it?
If a product you like is marked sold out, it means that the product is not currently available with the designer. We make every effort to give our customers what they wish for. You can write to us at email@example.com for any such requirements.
- How do I check the status of my order?
Once logged into your account, click on My Account and select the “My Orders” tab. The details of your order will be accessible here on this page. Alternatively, you can click on TRACK YOUR ORDER in the footer section of the website and check your order status.
- How do I customize my chosen product?
If you like a particular design and wish to have it fit perfectly according to your own measurements, you can choose the “GET IT CUSTOMIZED” option. While placing the customized order, we ask you to submit your measurements according to the size chart that we duly provide for your convenience. We would like to mention that even though we strive very hard to ensure that your chosen design of clothing fits exactly like the measurements provided during the customization of the order, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.
- Issues with customized orders?
We are concerned with any problems that our customers face. We pledge to offer you timely solutions to any issues related to customized orders. Please refer to return & exchange and cancellation policy for more details.
- How to get the right fit every time?
Nothing makes us happier than a satisfied customer, so we make sure that whatever you buy fits you perfectly. To make this easier, we have provided size charts for every product. You can choose your size according to this meticulous guide that covers all categories. Also, if you wish you can directly customize your order by choosing “GET IT CUSTOMIZED” and you will be taken to a measurement guide where you can submit your accurate measurements.
- Do you handle alteration/exchange?
- Yostor offers one free alteration/exchange after delivery in the following scenarios:
- In case of customized products, if you are not satisfied with the size or fitting of your delivered clothing, we will get the piece altered to fit you (minor sizing issues can be taken care at your end). Please contact us only in case of major discrepancy in fitting and size. This alteration will be completely FREE of COST. Please refer to Return & Exchange policy for more details.
- In case of readymade products, Yostor offers one free size exchange. Please note that size exchange will make this item non-returnable (for the category where return is available)
- How can I pay for my order on Yostor.com? What are the available payment options with Yostor?
As we provide only high quality designs which are often of high value, we are only accepting Debit/Credit card and Net banking payments. Though there are COD options for certain categories for orders amounting to or less than 10,000/- INR
- Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) option as well?
Yes, we offer COD services, but its limited to INR 10,000/- and this service is available currently in only selected areas.
- Can my billing address and shipping address be different?
Yes, the billing and shipping addresses can be different. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code / Zip code while placing an order.
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes. All products purchased on Yostor.com are eligible for worldwide shipping. You may select your country currency the drop down list and pay the amount. If you do not see your country currency, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to help you.
- Will I have to pay duties and taxes for international orders?
All products displayed are exclusive of duties and sales taxes. Please read our shipping policy for more details.
- What are the charges for shipping in India?
All orders are shipped for free within India.
- How do I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order. If you wish to cancel your order, you can just send an email to email@example.com indicating your order number. Once your request is approved, we will refund your payment right away. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days to get your money back. Please note that once it has been 24 hours after you have placed your order, the order cannot be cancelled. It is important to know that some orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.

Beware of fraud/imposter calls : If you are getting random phone calls from imposters who call on behalf of Team Yostor and ask for cash amount to be deposited in bank account for heavy discounts/gold coins/air tickets/event participation etc. We want to caution our customers that by no means these calls are from us and we will never demand such favours from our customers. These calls are by possible pranksters/imposters and we request our customers to share their details with us at the earliest. Please do not entertain them.
