You must raise the complaint within 24-48 hours of receiving the product by emailing us at care@yostor.com mentioning the subject                            as ' Return/Exchange: Order ID’. You must include the picture of the product in the email along with reason for return or exchange.                                  After scrutinising if we find your complaint genuine, we will process your request.

2. Customised products

Please note that customised products are made to order and are therefore non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. We ensure the utmost care for getting you the best products as our products pass through stringent quality checks.

Minor sizing issues can be handled locally at your end. In case there is a genuine huge sizing issue, we will provide you one free alteration. The chance for any damage or defect is non-existent. Still if there is a major discrepancy we will get it repaired.

Email to us along with a picture of the product within 24-48 hours of receiving the order at care@yostor.com mentioning the subject as ‘Customisation: ORDER ID’ and your concern/issue.

* In very unlikely scenario for a wrong item is shipped to you, we will either send you the product you ordered or offer you a product of similar value.

Return Policy Will Not Be Valid For:

  1. Made to measure clothing product where the customer has placed a custom stitching order by selecting "Get it Customized" option.
  2. Clothing items that have been altered (after delivery) on customer's request and have been redelivered to customer after alteration.
  3. Products that have been exchanged once by the customer for a different size and the exchange size has been delivered.
  4. Products that are used, worn, washed, tags not intact, damaged by the customer.
  5. Products not returned in original packaging including: hangers, plastic wrap, dustbags, invoice etc.
  6. Products damaged after delivery or showing signs of wear tear from being worn after delivery
  7. Products where return has to be denied on grounds of hygiene.
  8. Products which have been marked as Non-Returnable by the partner brand. This will be clearly mentioned on the product catalogue page.

All the refunds processed will be credited to customer bank accounts within 7-10 days

We make stringent checks and ensure total care while delivering your orders. Any Request/complaint must be registered within 24-48 hours of receiving the order by sending us an email along with the picture of the product at care@yostor.com with subject as ‘Return/Exchange: Order ID’. After scrutinising if we find your complaint genuine, we will process your request.


If your request is accepted, the courier charges for returning the package have to be borne by customer. The package must reach us within 10-14 days of request approval. Yostor will bear the cost of re-shipment to a maximum of USD 25 per item.

*Please note that any other random charges/fees, taxes and duties paid by customers cannot be refunded.

Points to be noted:

  1. Please note that we try to ensure the pictures show the products in true light. The colours can still vary from what appears in the pictures. Complaints regarding that won't be entertained. Dark colours like red or blue may bleed a little. We provide you the best quality products. Do not worry about such things.
  2. Fabrics are mentioned in the product description. Any complaint regarding that won't be entertained.
  3. Delay in delivery due to external factors such as, but not limited to local riots, strike, civil disturbance, bandhs, earthquakes, floods, natural or man-made disasters/calamities will not be considered as an inordinate delay.
