YOSTOR ships to many locations around the world. In case you can't find your country in the list, email us and we will try to arrange it with our courier partner to ship to your preferred location. We have teamed up with top Courier and Logistics Partners to guarantee that you get your request on time. Within India

We provide free shipping within India.

International shipping

For international shipping, we have a standard negotiated rate with our courier partner DHL. This rate is unvarying all across the globe at any given point of time. Shipping charges are according to the weight of the product. The following charges apply for international shipping:
For the first 500 grams:                   1400 INR
For every additional 500 grams:   400 INR
The rates will be revised as and when our courier partner changes the rates. We will update the same on our website. Any additional charges like custom duties or any other taxes are to be borne by the customer. These charges vary from country to country and we cannot predict what these may be. You must abide by the laws and rules of your country.

For all customers

We do not ship to PO boxes. If you want the products to be shipped to multiple addresses, they will be treated as separate orders. Our courier partner will attempt delivery twice after which the parcel will be confirmed undelivered. In that case, email us for the next step.
Once your order is dispatched, we will notify you. It will take around 5-7 working days for you to receive it within India. For international orders, it may take 7-10 working days for the order to be delivered after it is dispatched. (Sundays and public holidays are excluded from working days.)
  1. If you require a product urgently, get in touch with us at care@yostor.com. We will deliver it to you by charging a nominal fee.
  2. In rare circumstances, there can be delays due to logistics and political situations for which YOSTOR cannot be held responsible.
  3. We do not offer COD for international orders, customisation, bridal wear, and on products priced greater than 10,000/- INR.
  4. Before placing the order please take a look at the description, sizing info, return/exchange/ cancellation policy.
Once your order is dispatched, we will notify you and you can track it by logging into your account and going to your ‘orders’. Alternatively you can also check the status of your order by referring to TRACK YOUR ORDER in footer section of the website
